The beautiful coastal ‘City of Destiny’ had everything for everyone, so it seemed. The seafarers and the prospective ones in the city longed for a certified establishment that was trustworthy and could conduct all the required medical examinations to apply for employment or the PEME (Pre-Employment Medical Examination). This is where ARSK Life Sciences makes an entry, swooping in to their aid.

Located in the heart of Visakhapatnam, in the year 2017, Dr Deepthi Hiranmayi Chikkala and Dr Deepak Andey set up ARSK Life sciences. Started as a sister company to Venkatrama Hospital. The firm primarily provided medical facilities to seafarers and the employees of industries as well as those of pharmaceutical companies.
Our team of doctors are approved by the Directorate General of Shipping – Government of India, for conducting seafarers’ medical examination. Dedicated to providing honest and expert diagnostic services, we initiated the import and export of medical and surgical equipment and pharmaceuticals in 2019. We extended our humanitarian efforts by providing logistics, and emergency medical supplies to multiple NGOs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a well-established hospital for the last 3 decades, we have diversified treating patients both on-shore and from abroad. Helping in the treatment of over 50 seafarers as inpatients, and a lot more as out-patients during the pandemic, we have also offered our expertise in the documentation processes.
